Most DVD Movies have region code limitation, you just can play them on the right DVD player. So, you can't play NTSC DVD movie on PAL DVD movie player. Now, DVD-Cloner can removie the region code limitation. And add the region code you want to add.
NTSC DVD movie can play at most America countries and Asia countries. If you order DVD movie disc from these America countries or Asia countries, and you want to play them on your PAL DVD player. You can use DVD-Cloner to change the region code, and play them on your DVD player. PAL is the region code of most Europe countries. You also can play PAL DVD on NTSC DVD player with the help of DVD-Cloner. |

| Step1: Run DVD-Cloner. |
| DVD-Cloner will open the expert interface for you. It also has express mode which suit for beginners. |

| Step2: Source and target. |
If your source is NTSC DVD movie disc, please insert your DVD movie disc into DVD driver, and choose it for source file at source drop-down bar. If your source is NTSC DVD movie on hard drive, please click the source folder to choose DVD Folder or image file (iso or nrg) for your source.
Then, you can click the target folder to choose a folder to save your output DVD movie. You also can insert a blank DVD disc into DVD Burner, and choose it for your source if you have another DVD burner. |

| Step3: Settings. |
Click setup button  to open the setting window. |

If your DVD movie is early DVD, please choose LIBC in "Read IO". It reads DVD with Window API; the reading speed is higher than other mode, but it can't skip bad sectors.
If your DVD disc is the latest DVD, please select ASPI. It can remove the protection on the latest movie. It also can skip the bad sector on DVD movie disc.

If your DVD disc has damaged part, you can define the number of "Bad sector skipping" to leap over the bad part of disc and improve the working speed. You can set a skipping value between 0~10000. The bigger the value is, the higher the reading speed will be. But big value may result it more valuable data losses.
You also can select the reading speed for high, low or mid(default). The default burning speed is Maximum. Please note that the burning speed should match the DVD R/RW you use.
Choose a screen ratio for standard (4:3) TV screen, or wide (16:9) TV screen. If you don't know how to choose, please choose "Auto select".
If your target disc is D5, you can choose the size of it at "D5 disc size". DVD-Cloner supports batch copy, you can import the number of copy.
Click "OK" to save your settings when you finished. |
| Step4: Click start button to copy NTSC DVD to PAL DVD. |
| If your target is DVD folder, the DVD driver will eject automatically when the reading finished. Insert your blank DVD disc, it will burn data to disc in 10 minutes. |
